As a Settlements Officer, you will be responsible for handling general daily deposit and withdrawal transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This entry to mid-level role provides comprehensive training, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily deposit and withdrawal transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile transaction records and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all settlement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address issues and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of treasury procedures.
• Assist with system enhancements and process improvements initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash/payment transactional roles is preferred.
• Previous experience with crypto payment transactions is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
